Law Clerk Position Available

We are looking for a law clerk to join our firm on a casual basis.

The position is ideally suited to a law student in the 1st or 2nd year of their university studies, but this is not essential.

The position will commence with casual employment for 1 – 2 days per week with an opportunity for further hours depending on performance and workload. The successful candidate will work out of our Penrith office.

We understand that as a student you will have exams you need to prepare for and classes you need to attend. We will be flexible in this regard and you will be able to select your own days of work provided this is aligned with the needs of the business.

This is a paid position and will satisfy some or all of your practical legal training requirements.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a range of tasks including but not limited to answering phones, completing administrative tasks, opening files, collecting mail, legal research, assisting in client meetings, liaising with clients and other legal practitioners, assisting with the running of legal files, marketing and business development and other tasks as needed.
